Returns and Refunds Policy
At Wild Horse Homestead, we want you to love your purchase— but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, our returns policy has you covered.
1. Scope of Service
These terms apply to all transactions with Wildhorse Homestead, including the Wildhorse Shop (Pantry, Nursery, Art), Rocky Creek Escape (Accommodation), Equipment Hire, and Wellness Studio bookings.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via cash, our secure online gateway or via EFTPOS for on-farm transactions.
Equipment Hire: A security bond may be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment.
3. Wellness Studio & Accommodation Bookings
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations of Wellness Studio sessions or Rocky Creek Escape stays to receive a credit note.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked session or stay without notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic (Australia): We aim to dispatch Pantry and Nursery orders within 2–4 business days.
International: International orders are subject to varying shipping times and local customs regulations. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Refund & Returns Policy
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. International Orders (Strict Policy)
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on any international purchases. Once an order has left Australia, it is considered a final sale. We are not responsible for items seized or delayed by international customs.
3. Change of Mind
Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our products (including Lemon Myrtle blends, syrups, and live plants), we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
4. Perishables (Nursery & Pantry)
Plants: As live goods, we cannot offer refunds once a plant has left the homestead or been delivered, unless the item is proven faulty at the time of receipt.
Pantry Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, food and topical products (Magnesium blends/Colloidal Silver) cannot be returned once opened.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If an item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or a faulty Wellness device):
Notify us via Wildhorse Homestead Contact within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide a photo of the damage and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
6. Wellness Studio & Equipment Hire
Refunds for services are only provided if the service was not delivered as described or fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
How to Request a Return (Domestic Only)
To initiate a claim, please email info@wildhorsehomestead.com.au with your proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days
