Our Lemon Myrtle is wild harvested from trees on the farm. Wild-harvested ingredients are natural and often richer in nutrients because they grow in untamed environments. Our trees are harvested carefully according to their natural growing cycles and seasons so you can be sure that your products are sourced from ethical and sustainable sources. This contributes to the preservation of our natural biodiversity and keeps the ecological balance of the land.
Lemon Myrtle is great as a tea or a great lemony flavour added to sweet and savoury dishes or grind into a powder to use as a spice or an amazing lemony salt.
Other uses include:
- Medicinal – antimicrobial, aids digestion, good anti-oxidant
- Cosmetic – aromatherapy, perfumes, pot purri, cosmetic ingredient in soaps, creams and oils
- Cleaning products – eco-friendly anti-microbial cleaner
