Directions for Use
• Add ¼ cup to a foot spa
• Soak for 15–20 minutes

Supports circulation, muscle recovery and full body relaxation.

Warning: This soak contains chilli so should not be used as a bath soak. Use for relaxing and warming your hands and feet.

Wildhorse Orchard Spice Soak

Grounding • Warming • Nervous system support

Directions for Use
• Add ½ cup to bath or ¼ cup to foot spa
• Soak for 15–20 minutes

Perfect for evening rituals to unwind and reset.

Dead Sea Mud (Maris Limus) Mask

Deep detox • Mineral rich • Skin renewal

Directions for Use
• Mix a tablespoon of mud mask powder with coconut oil, aloe vera or honey. Apply a thin layer to face or body
• Leave for 10–15 minutes (do not allow to fully dry)
• Rinse with warm water
• Follow with a nourishing oil or moisturiser

Use 1–2 times per week.

Crimson Citrus Tea

Directions for Use
• Add 1 teaspoon per cup
• Steep in hot water for 5–10 minutes
• Enjoy warm during or after your soak ritual

• Light the end until gently smoking
• Allow smoke to move through your space or around your body
