Ingredients:
  • 1 Whole Organic Chicken (approx. 1.5kg)
  • 2 tsp Lemon & Garlic Rub
  • 1 tsp Lemon Myrtle Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Side: 1 cup of Lemon Myrtle Tea (brewed and cooled)
Instructions:
  1. The Marinade: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Lemon & Garlic Rub, and Lemon Myrtle Powder into a thick paste.
  2. Prep the Bird: Pat the chicken dry. Rub the paste generously under the skin of the breast and all over the outside.
