Flavour Profile: Smoky, savoury and lightly citrusy with a gentle warmth.
Suggested Uses:

Roasted potatoes – Rub generously before roasting.

Vegetable skewers – Soak skewers to soften. Coat vegetable loaded skewers in olive oil and seasoning. Grill over BBQ coals to chargill.

Tofu/mushroom marinades Toss diced tofu or ripped mushrooms in olive oil and seasoning before airfrying for a yummy snack. Stir 1 tsp of seasoning into 1/2 cup aoli or a plant based greek yogurt for a dipping sauce.  

Lemon Myrtle Garlic Roasted Pumpkin

Prep the Pumpkin: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Peel and cut the pumpkin into 1.5cm chunks or wedges.
Season: Toss the pumpkin on a lined tray with olive oil, a generous pinch of Lemon Myrtle & Garlic Rub, salt, and pepper.
Add Garlic: You can add whole unpeeled garlic cloves to the tray to roast alongside, which can then be squeezed over the finished dish.
Roast: Bake for about 15–25 minutes until the pumpkin is tender and starting to caramelise.o.
Homestead Tip: For a richer finish, combine crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and 2 tsp of Lemon Myrtle & Garlic Rub with melted butter. Toss this through the roasted pumpkin just before serving.
Turn leftovers into a salad: Combine the roasted pumpkin and garlic with left-over cooked cold pasta or fresh leafy greens and fresh herbs like parsley or coriander, and a dressing made from lemon juice and olive oil.
