Rocky Creek Escape Cabin – Enjoy the relaxing by the creek
Set on 3.5 acres of natural beauty, this farm stay offers a serene escape with stunning views of Rocky Creek. Surrounded by lush flora and fauna, you’ll enjoy the sounds of wildlife, birds, and friendly farm animals.
Rocky Creek Escape is nestled in the foothills of the Bauple Mountains, a national park famous for the rare Bauple Plant (Macadamia Nut Tree), which is listed as vulnerable in the wild.
Our cozy cabin is nestled in a shady eucalypt forest, with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a queen-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
Activities
Guests will have access to the cabin and its surroundings, including Rocky Creek and the forested areas. For safety reasons, access to the dam and farm is restricted.
– Farm animal feeding is available at $15 per person
– Half-hour to two-hour relaxing massages are available from $60 for 30 mins
– Breakfast and Lunch Picnic Baskets are available by pre-order only – Breakfast Basket is available at $60 per couple (1/2 loaf Fresh white bread, fresh farm eggs, mushrooms, seasonal fruits, fresh jams, dairy free yogurt, and bircher muesli)
– Lunch hamper is available at $150 per couple (Crackers/chips, dry roasted nuts and fruit, Seasonal fresh vegetables and fruit, Marinated anitpasto, dairy free dip, pickled vegetables and choice of a red or white wine or 6 pack of beer).
Other Things to Note
There is a charcoal BBQ grill is available. Pets are allowed on approval. The mobile reception in this area is average for Telstra, while other networks have no signal.
